Job Summary:

The Journeyman Electrician is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components. This includes working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, designing and implementing electrical solutions, and ensuring that the systems meet safety and performance standards. EnviroSpark HQ is currently located in Atlanta, GA, but our projects span nationwide. This position must be open to traveling to job sites across the nation.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure utilizing various diagnostic tools and basic electrical equipment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and projects within defined scope and budget while managing resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and manage detailed service plans to monitor and track project progress effectively.
  • Measure and analyze charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report progress and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company at client locations.
  • Perform risk assessments to minimize project-related risks.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in electrical work, with at least 1-2 years as a Journeyman Electrician.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and servicing electrical systems, with proficiency in both computer diagnostics and manual tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing project dynamics and requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent in completing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor job sites.
